Today we are going to be cooking a Spanish Mixed Paella at home as we kick off our Quarantine Cooking Diaries! We're making delicious Spanish food at home! In our last video update, we asked you guys what kind of videos you wanted us to film while we're self-isolating at home, and cooking videos were a very popular request. We had beautiful weather last weekend, so we decided to cook a mixed paella outdoors over a wood fire. We made a paella with chicken, seafood, fish and chorizo, and we got a little experimental at the end and decided to smoke it for the last 10 minutes to give it a really unique taste.
