I'm off on an adventure at the North Carolina Piedmont Environmental Center, near Greensboro. Despite the massive heat wave that is currently afflicting the state, I've decided that I want to go out and find some lakes hidden in the forests of North Carolina, especially since I've been stuck mostly in the house of the past several days, sick and doing video editing commission work. I had never been to this location before, so I figured I'd document my first ever hike at this Nature Preserve for you all. It was quite enjoyable!
