[360°] Solo adventure in the jungle: 6 days alone in the tropical rainforest 👀

So I just bought a GoPro Max (https://amzn.to/3SxdrHd) vlogging camera and started experimenting with it. This 22-minute video features scenes of my latest six days solo hiking adventure into the wilderness. The journey was meant to train my skills, auras, find some inner peace and eventually some gold nuggets. Afterwards, I've spent a week learning the work flow with the GoPro Player and Sony Vegas Pro. Watch me heading into the rainforest and discovering a huge waterfall which I'm about to climb up. Shortly before sunset, I set up my camp and take a bath in the jungle creek. On the second day I arrive at one of my base camps, where I prepare some food and start gold prospecting. My goal was to crevice some material from underneath some huge boulders. So I prepared a creek and set up a sluice box. After cleaning the mat I ran that bucket through a Dream Mat Adventure Sluice (https://amzn.to/3wESUaq) to test it. I knew there was gold in my bucket and I was really interested to see how far it would walk through the sluice. It performed very well and only one speck of gold made it to the second half of the mat. The other days I was straying around in the jungle with my Minelab GPZ 7000 searching for some gold nuggets. To my disappointment the weather was very weird that week and I got way too much of noise signals to seriously detect. In one of the scenes you can see a strange waterhole which got my attention. It feels to be made by humans but looks very natural. A great location to put a trail camera to discover the wildlife. Also, it's an awesome location for a big snake to wait for some thirsty pray. It’s difficult to imagine, but the first night back home I was like “yaw, you survived”. The most daring moments I was not even able to film. Trekking and sleeping alone in the rainforest is exhausting and depending on your purpose, kind of dangerous. Darkness and fear are our greatest enemies.
