Tonight on Day 3 of my Daniel Fast (actually sharing from earlier in the week—it's been a full week now!), I'm having fun turning simple leftovers into something fresh and nourishing. 🌽🥬 I'm taking leftover whole grain couscous, rice, corn, and greens, adding chopped celery for extra crunch and flavor, then pouring in water to transform it all into a cozy, hearty veggie soup. No fancy ingredients—just real, plant-based goodness that's 100% Daniel Fast-friendly (whole grains, veggies, and nothing off-limits!). It's going really well so far—praise God! Breakfast has been the same most days: oatmeal with blueberries, cinnamon, and walnuts, and honestly, it's satisfying and keeps me going strong.
