In this video, I explain why strengthening your diaphragm is so important for your health and emotional balance. A strong diaphragm improves oxygen exchange, giving you more energy and better focus. It also stimulates the solar plexus, helping you connect more deeply with your emotions and release stored tension. Most importantly, deep diaphragm breathing activates the Vagus nerve, which supports your parasympathetic nervous system — reducing stress, calming the body, and improving overall well-being.
