Today is a big meal prep day trying to clean out my pantry of some spaghetti squash and pancake mix! Breakfast casserole 1 pound sausage, browned 10 slices bread, cubed shredded cheese 10 eggs 3 cups milk 1 TBSP mustard salt and pepper Layer bread and sausage and cheese in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix milk, eggs, and mustard, and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and pour over the bread in the baking dish. Top with cheese and pepper. Bake at 325 for 1 hour until the eggs are set. You can also refrigerate overnight!
