Luki aur aalu ki bhujiya : Ingredients: Potatoes ½ kg Bottle gourd ½ kg Tomato 4 Onion 1 Tamarind paste 4 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Bay leaves 6 Green chilies 6 Green coriander ½ bunch Cumin ½ tsp Mustard seeds ½ tsp Oil ½ cup Method: In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds ,green chili and bay leaves .when feel smell then add all spices ,onion and tomato then add ½ cup of water and cover it. Then add bottle gourd and potatoes mix and roast .after this 2 cup of water and mix then cover it .when bottle gourd and potatoes tender then add tamarind paste and green coriander then leave for 5 minutes on dum and serve. Lahori palak gosht : Ingredients: Spinach 1 kg Mutton ½ kg Fenugreek ½ bunch Green chilies 6 Yogurt 1 cup Tomato 2 Cumin 1 tsp Red chili 6 Turmeric 1 tsp Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Onion 2 All spices powder ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Oil 1 cup Method: Boil the spinach and fenugreek and grind well .then heat oil and fry onion .then add mutton tomato, and all spices and cook .when meat tender then tomato and yogurt and grind well .now spinach and fenugreek mix and roast well .finally add on top all spices and chopped green chilies.
