By the time you get to this workout, you should have done all your upper and lower body warm-ups. You should have also done workout number 1 (beginner) and workout number 2 for at least 2-4 weeks each. Now, it's time to take things to the next level to continuously challenge your body. re you ready? Full Workout: 1. Goblet Squat 8-12 Reps 2. Floor Push-Ups 8-12 Reps Three Rounds, alternating between the 2 exercises 3. Single-Leg or Barbell RDL 8-12 Reps 4. Dumbbell Row 8-12 Reps 5. Split Squats 8-12 Reps Three Rounds circuit with the 3 exercises 6. Planks for 60 Seconds 7. Leg Raises 15-20 Reps 8. Hip Thrusts 8-12 Reps Three Rounds circuit with the 3 exercises 9. Lying Tricep Extensions 8-12 Reps 10. Bicep Curls 8-12 Reps Congratulations!
