Small in size, big in flavor! 💖 🍫 Ingredients (for a 9×9 inch / 24×24 cm pan) For the brownie base: • ¾ cup unsalted butter (170 g) • 6 oz dark chocolate (180 g, 55% cocoa or higher) • 3 large eggs • ¾ cup granulated sugar (180 g) • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) • ½ cup all-purpose flour (60 g) • ¼ cup cocoa powder (25 g) • Pinch of salt For the chocolate coating: • 9–10 oz chocolate (250–300 g) — milk, dark, or a mix (I used dark + white to make “milk”) • 1–2 tsp neutral oil (vegetable or coconut) • Chopped nuts for decoration (optional) 👩🍳 Instructions 1. Prep the pan • Line a 9×9 inch (24×24 cm) baking pan with parchment paper. • Preheat oven to 340°F (170°C), top and bottom heat. 2. Melt chocolate & butter • Combine butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. • Melt together over a water bath or in the microwave in short bursts (20–30 seconds each). • Stir until smooth and glossy, then let cool slightly. 3. Whisk the eggs • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar for 1–2 minutes until slightly foamy. • Add vanilla and a pinch of salt. 4. Combine • Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. • Whisk gently until combined. • Sift in flour and cocoa powder. • Fold with a spatula until just mixed — don’t overmix! 5. Bake • Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. • Bake for 20–25 minutes — the center should be set but still slightly fudgy. • Cool completely, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours for easier slicing. 6. Slice • Cut into small bars or bite-size rectangles (about 1×2 inch / 3×6 cm). • Wipe or oil your knife between cuts to keep edges neat. 7.
