If you don't like cottage cheese, still give this a try; you may like it in this form. #cottagecheeseicecream #cottagecheese #cottagecheeserecipes Ingredients: 16 oz of cottage cheese, I use 4% milkfat (453g) 2 Tbsp of peanut butter (30g) 2 Tbsp of honey (30g) 1 tsp of vanilla extract (5g) *Note - You can swap out the peanut butter and vanilla extract with fruit like strawberries, blueberries, etc. Or other fruit like bananas, peaches, etc. Use about 1/2 cup to 1 cup of fruit. A couple of tablespoons of cocoa powder can be used as well.
