This 10 min BOOTY workout will definitely make your glutes feel the BURN. If your goal is to tone your booty and make it grow, this workout is for you ♡ You can do this with no equipment or with a booty band! Your booty will feel the burn and pump regardless! Make sure you are focused when doing this workout and creating that mind body connection so that your booty muscles feel it even more! The key to tone and grow your booty is really to perform these exercises consistently. 2-3 times a week would be ideal if you are also doing weight training as a complement to this workout. I like to do this booty burn type of workouts either at the beginning or the end of a weight training session to get a good pump. And when I don't have any equipment I simply do 2 of my booty workouts and an abs workout like this: • BOOTY & ABS WORKOUTS Remember that to grow your glutes you really need to eat enough calories so that your muscles can properly recover and grow!
