Green Dhania Chicken is a delicious and vibrant curry made with fresh coriander leaves, tender chicken, and flavorful spices. This green masala chicken is rich, aromatic, and perfect for those who love herbal flavors. Serve it hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice for a complete meal bursting with freshness and taste. --- 🍴 Ingredients: Chicken – 500g Fresh coriander leaves (Dhania) – 1 cup (chopped) Onion – 2 medium (finely sliced) Tomato – 2 medium (chopped) Green chilies – 4 to 5 Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp Yogurt – ½ cup Red chili powder – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Oil – 4 tbsp Water – as required --- 👨🍳 Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter. 2. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown. 3. Mix in ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, red chili, turmeric, and salt. Cook till tomatoes are soft. 5. Add chicken pieces and fry until the color changes. 6. Blend fresh coriander leaves and green chilies into a smooth paste. 7. Add this paste to the chicken along with yogurt. Mix well. 8. Cover and cook on low flame for 20–25 minutes until chicken is tender and masala thickens. 9.
