Easy to prepare and loved by kids and adults alike, serve them hot with ketchup or mint chutney for the ultimate comfort bite. 🧾 Ingredients Boiled potatoes (mashed) – 3 medium Boneless chicken (boiled & shredded/minced) – 250g Onion (finely chopped) – 1 small Green chilies (chopped) – 2 Fresh coriander (chopped) – 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp Red chili powder – 1 tsp Black pepper – ½ tsp Cumin powder – ½ tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Egg – 1 Cornflour – 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs – as needed Oil – for shallow or deep frying 👩🍳 Method In a bowl, add mashed potatoes and shredded chicken. Add onion, green chilies, coriander, ginger garlic paste, and all spices. Mix well and add cornflour to bind the mixture. Shape the mixture into round or oval cutlets. Dip each cutlet into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry cutlets on medium flame until golden and crispy.
