Palak Gosht is a classic South Asian curry made with tender mutton cooked in a flavorful spinach gravy. This nutritious and delicious dish is packed with iron-rich spinach and aromatic spices, making it a perfect combination of taste and health. Serve it hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice for a comforting family meal. 📝 Ingredients 500g Mutton (Gosht) 500g Fresh Spinach (Palak) 2 Onions (finely sliced) 2 Tomatoes (chopped) 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Green Chilies 1/2 cup Yogurt 1 tsp Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Salt to taste 1/2 cup Oil or Ghee Water as required 👩🍳 Method Wash spinach thoroughly and boil for 5 minutes. Blend into a smooth paste and set aside. Heat oil in a pot, add sliced onions and fry until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute. Add mutton and cook on medium flame until color changes. Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until oil separates. Add yogurt and mix well. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Add water, cover and cook until mutton becomes tender. Add blended spinach and green chilies. Cook on low flame for 10–15 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala and cook for 2 more minutes.
