Recipe: 3 cups all-purpose flour (375g) (you may not use all of it) 2 1/2 tbsp white granulated sugar (14g) 1 cup milk (250ml) 1 egg yolk 3/4 tsp salt (about 3g) 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter (21g), softened (I used salted butter, not enough salt to make a difference) 2 1/4 tsp instant active dry yeast (1 envelope or 8g) 3/4 cup raisins (120g) 1 1/2 cups of cheetos puffs crumbs 1 cup coarsely chopped crunchy cheetos. Mix milk, butter and egg yolk together in a large bowl and place in microwave for 40-60 seconds until mixture feels very warm to the touch. Add sugar, salt and yeast and mix together. Stir in 1 cup of th the cheetos puffs crumbs. Blend in one cup of flour with a spoon or whisk. Blend in second cup of flour with spoon, dough will pull away from sides and "chase" the spoon around the bowl. Turn out onto a floured countertop and knead for about 6-7 minutes, adding small amounts of flour to the dough. You can stop kneading when the dough is smooth and elastic and isn't very sticky. Put a small amount of oil in a bowl and put in the dough ball. Turn the dough ball a few times to coat with oil. Cover with plastic wrap or a clean damp cloth and place in a warm place to rise. I put mine in the oven with only the oven light on. Allow to rise until doubled. Remove from bowl and flatten on countertop. Sprinkle with about 1/2 of the chopped up cheetos crunchy pieces. Fold dough over and press down so that the pieces of Cheetos sticks to dough. Add remaining cheetos and fold again. Form dough into a loaf shape and the roll it in the remaining 1/2 cup of crushed cheetos puffs to coat the dough with orange goodness. Place the coated loaf into a greased bread pan. Cover with GREASED plastic wrap and allow to rise until doubled. Bake at 350F for about 25-35 minutes (takes longer with a glass pan) until loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped. Allow to cool in pan for a few minutes and then tip out and place on wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
