Destiny 2 Ash & Iron - Solo Ultimate Battleground Foothold 35 Power Under Using Voidwalker w/ Buffed Contraverse Hold / Contraverse Hold Warlock Build. Just a quick video showing a clear of the Ultimate Battleground Foothold mission while testing out the Contraverse Hold after the buffs. Details and thoughts below. I did a run earlier in the week on Presage, but in that I also used Grenadier and Void Hunger, which obviously made a huge difference. I had requests to do it without those buffs, and somebody further suggested "ultimate battleground footlong" to run it in, so here we are as their name for the BG gave me a laugh. Battlegrounds like this are probably the best environment for Contraverse. You're not entirely dependent on the grenade coming back from single targets or double procs, and the load of enemies work well to keep devour going and get grenades back fast. The build is very viable, and although I wouldn't say Contraverse are completely meta, they're still fun to use. As for the battleground itself, both the rewards and scoring seem extremely unforgiving. There's barely enough enemies to hit even the predicted threshold, let alone trying to score above it. I need a 35 handicap, pressure cooker, extinction, avant guarde, the whole lot just to get an A tier. The timer is a little tight, but getting 1 reward for a 15 minute activity obviously isn't great.
