Ingredients • 1 cup jowar flour • 1/4 cup besan (gram flour) • 2 tbsp rice flour • Chopped fresh methi leaves (about 1/2–3/4 cup) • 1 carrot, grated • 1 onion, finely chopped • 1–2 tsp ginger-garlic-chilli paste • 1 tsp red chilli powder • 2 tsp sesame seeds • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste) • 1 tsp jaggery (optional but recommended) • Water as needed • Oil or ghee for cooking Method: 1.Add Vegetables & Spices Add chopped methi leaves, grated carrot, chopped onion, sesame seeds, ginger-garlic-chilli paste, chilli powder, salt, and jaggery. 2. add jowar flour, besan, and rice flour. 3. Mix Everything Combine well using your fingers so the veggies and spices distribute evenly. 4.Add Water Gradually Add small amounts of water and knead into a soft but firm dough. (Not too sticky, not too dry.) 5. Shape the Thalipeeth • Grease a plastic sheet, banana leaf, or parchment paper. • Take a dough ball and gently pat into a round flatbread. • Make small holes with fingers (helps even cooking). 6. Cook • Heat a tawa (pan). • Transfer thalipeeth carefully onto the pan. • Drizzle oil/ghee around edges and in holes. • Cook on medium flame until golden & crisp on both sides. 7. Serve Hot Best enjoyed with curd, white butter, pickle, or chutney. #recipe #healthy
