Three legal luminaries, Fali Nariman, Justice Madan Lokur and Sriram Panchu, jointly authored an opinion piece in the Indian Express asking the Supreme Court Collegium why it refused to bring Justice S. Muralidhar to the apex court despite his exemplary record as a judge. Barkha Dutt speaks to Retd Supreme Court judge Justice Madan B. Lokur and senior advocate and mediation specialist Sriram Panchu- two of the three authors of the piece.
