La verdad es que yo no la hecho nunca, ni recuerdo que se hiciera en casa cuando era pequeño, pero me ha sorprendido por lo fácil que es, lo buena que está y los pocos ingredientes que lleva. Yo suelo cocinar la pechuga, que es la parte que más nos gusta, pero en la receta mi padre usaba un pollo entero troceado.
