Still, please place it in the bender with the other ingredients. If you wish to use store-bought roasted bell peppers/capsicums, use 350g worth. Chilli is optional, although it is traditional in this recipe. Honestly, adding the whole habanero with the seeds isn't that spicy. it's a very subtle heat. #mealprep #mealpreprecipes #jollofrice
