Chicken Patiala:- • Chicken Patiala | चिकन पटियाला | Chic... *********************** PESHAWARI CHICKEN KARAHI Preparation time 10 minutes Cooking time 20-25 minutes Serve 2-4 Ingredients For Peshawari Chicken Kadhai ¼ cup Oil, तेल 2 tbsp Sugar, चीनी 900 grams Chicken (thigh & drumstick) चिकन Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार 4-5 large Tomatoes, cut into half, टमाटर 2-3 no. Green chillies (less spicy & roughly chopped) हरी मिर्च For Kadhai Masala 1 tbsp Black peppercorns, काली मिर्च के दाने ½ tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा 1 tsp Coriander seeds, धनिये के बीज 1 no. Black cardamom, बड़ी इलायची For Sauteed Veggies 1 ½ tbsp Oil, तेल ½ inch Ginger (peeled & roughly sliced) अदरक 1 large Onion, diced, प्याज 1 large Capsicum, diced, शिमला मिर्च 1 large Tomato, diced, टमाटर 1 tsp Prepared Kadhai Masala, तयार किया हुआ मसाला Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार ¼ tsp Sugar, चीनी For Garnish Ginger (peeled & julienned) अदरक Green chili, slit into half, हरी मिर्च Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता Process For Peshawari Chicken Kadhai In a handi or kadhai, add oil, once it's hot, add sugar, chicken, salt to taste and cook it on high flames until golden in color. Add tomatoes and saute it for a while until mushy, take out the tomato skins aside.. Add green chillies and cook it for 7-8 minutes or until cooked well. Transfer it to a serving dish with prepared sauteed veggies and roti. Garnish it with ginger, green chili and coriander sprig. Serve hot. For Kadhai Masala In a mortar pestle, add black peppercorns, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black cardamom and grind it coarsely. Keep it aside for further use. For Sauteed Veggies In a pan, add oil, once it's hot, add ginger, onions and saute it for a minute. Add capsicum, tomato, prepared kadhai masala, salt to taste, sugar and saute it on high flames for a while. Transfer it to the prepared kadhai chicken and roti.
