After admitting she did not, the officer asked her again and she again stated she did not. Renae then asked if she was supposed to salvage the meat and the officer explained she must salvage the four quarters and backstrap. At the time of this encounter, she was in possession of a 20” skull and hide. The officer agreed to meet with her at a later time once back on duty. In the end, Renae was cited for failing to salvage all edible meat, a non-criminal violation. According to the court records, she did not appear on her court date.
