This video shows how to create a drum beat with swing rhythms by using an array to subdivide the beat into a triple meter feel. This was inspired by a post in the in_thread forum in which a user was trying to recreate the NY State of Mind beat by DJ Premier. The video discusses the rhythmic concept of swing, the difference between duple and triple meter and how we can recreate that feel in Sonic Pi.
