Are you a runner who suffers from inside or medial knee pain? Pain in that region an often times come from the hip and be referred down or it could also be Pes Anserine Bursitis. Bursitis here is often caused by knee instability or excessive knee flexion in runners. In Episode 53 of the Mesh Tongue I show you a way to use Kinesiotape and also two stretches to help relieve the pain.
