Chocolate Caramel Chip Cookies 1 stick softened butter 1/2 cup white sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1-9oz bag caramel chips Cream butter, sugars and vanilla. Add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Stir in chips by hand. Bake @ 350* for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack and Enjoy!
