Listen to how simple my feedback and corrections are during a practice session. It is very effective what I am doing, are you doing the same..? Or are you constantly checking positions, videoing every swing and then analysing it with no success or consistency..? Be very aware of your clubhead and how your body feels and reacts when you swing and hit shots. You also need to write stuff down as you practice, how did it feel etc...
