1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon 1 tablespoon of of accent - optional 1/2 tablespoon of Lawry's 1 teaspoon ground white pepper 1 -2 teaspoon garlic powder 1-2 teaspoon onion powder 1-1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 10 pounds of chitlins 1 or 2 pounds of hog maws Bring 2cups of water to boil Then add all spices stir until they are dissolved Add in hog maws first allow them to boil for about 10 minutes Then add your chitlins and push them down in your pressure cooker..I do this to make sure the maws stay on the bottom of the 🍲 Place the lid on and turn it to the meat setting for 3- 4 hours I personally Cook mine for 3.5 hours.. Please remember to always season to taste because taste buds are different.. I also recommend seasoning up slowly because it's easy to add seasoning but if you get it too salty you can't correct it!
