Can girls train like guys ?! 🤔 Find out in this video featuring Zac Perna 💯 We focused on the Chest and Triceps in this session 💪 You'll see a few small differences between my session compared to Zac's session which include: ✅ My session had some additional rear delt work in replacement for some of the chest work ➡️ Rear delts are typically a higher priority for women (based off aesthetics) ✅ My session included more volume overall ➡️ Women can often recover faster and handle more volume in their sessions than men due to the fact that we lift lighter loads (therefore higher volume is often more appropriate) ---------------------------------------------------- This was Zac's full session: 1. Bench Press 2x6-8 2. Incline Press Machine 3x8-12 3. Cable Fly's 4x12-15 4. Tricep Pushdowns 3x15-20 5. Seated Dips 3x8-10 This was my full session: 1. Bench Press 4x6-8 2.
