Ingredients: Big handful of mixed greens Cherry tomatoes, sliced Cooked brown rice Spicy roasted chickpeas, store-bought or homemade 1-2 tablespoons avocado, sliced Healthy Choice Power Dressings Creamy Ranch Directions: Warm up the rice, if desired. Place mixed greens in a bowl. Layer tomatoes, brown rice, chickpeas, and avocado on top. Finish with salad dressing.
