Exploring Costa Maya Mexico: Chacchoben Ruins Excursion with Virgin Voyages!

#virginvoyages #cruisevlog On the first stop on our Virgin Voyages Western Caribbean Charm cruise, we arrive din Costa Maya, Mexico. During our day here, we checked out the Chacchoben Ruins Tour excursion, or "shore thing" as Virgin Voyages calls it. This is a great excursion option when in Costa Maya because you get to get well out of the port area and see a bit of the surrounding area and learn some history of the Mayan people. There are several different versions of this tour, but this one is just the tour. I highly recommend booking the version that includes a trip to the pineapple plantation. This version is slightly more expensive, but it also includes a couple beers on the bus there and back.
