Here is a video of my return trip from the 2023 NRHS Convention on board Amtrak’s Silver Star passenger train. Not only was this my first time experiencing Viewliner sleeper, but also my first time riding in a Viewliner II sleeper. I have heard from other Amtrak sleeper car riders that the updated versions have improved compare to the Viewliner I sleepers. This was a very trip with a very nice car attendant with excellent service! I got to see places I have never passed through before by train, such as Tampa FL and Hamlet NC. As a bonus, there were two historic private rail cars on the back of my train. Sit back and enjoy the video!
