P0171 Code VW Passat B6/ PCV Valve Replacement

I have been getting a P0171 system too lean code lately on my 2008 VW Passat. I thought maybe it was caused by me cracking the airbox shortly before the code started showing up. I also reverted back to a stock PCV valve system from the block off plate. In the video I mentioned that I replaced the timing belt, water pump, and pulley myself. Here is a link to the kit I purchased, which was around $150 when I did the job. The engine runs fine other than the code. I suspect a vacuum leak somewhere, if not the rear breather may be bad? I will make a follow up video, so be on the lookout for that....
