My Rhinoplasty Journey : 7 Days Post-Op Reveal

Today we're sharing a quick update from our rhinoplasty patient, Arianna. She’s just one week out from her rhinoplasty, and we're excited to reveal her results. How was your first week of recovery? “Really good. It went smoothly.” Any nausea, discomfort, or bruising during the week? “Nope, none at all!” That’s amazing. No bruising, pretty rare, but it does happen, and when it does, it makes the rhinoplasty recovery feel that much easier. Let’s talk about what we did. This was her rhinoplasty before and after goal: Arianna already had a beautiful face and a nice nose, but she wanted to smooth out that dorsal hump and refine the bulbous tip, which was just a bit too wide for her frame. So we brought the bump down, refined the bridge, and gave her a more delicate, natural look, something that complements her facial features beautifully. The tip is no longer too round, and the bridge flows smoothly. This is what a customized, artistic rhinoplasty result should look like. Now let’s take off the splint. It’s already been loosened. Her stitches are out. I’ll gently massage her nose to help reduce swelling, don’t worry, this part is easy, and then we’ll show her the reveal. Oh my goodness, this is so cool.” It looks amazing, right? Bump is gone. Tip is refined. There’s still some swelling, which is totally normal, rhinoplasty results evolve over the first year, but already you can see the harmony it brings to her whole face. It looks natural. Not overdone.
