Learn how to make a pair of leggings without a pattern in this step by step sewing project for beginners! Make them cropped, full length, high waist, or low waist. Since they're made with stretch knit fabric, they're comfortable and easy to fit so you’ll want to make many pairs! ***** MATERIALS NEEDED: -1 ½ yards of a four way stretchy knit fabric (get more if you need a much larger size) - I used a lighter weight knit since I'll be wearing mine more as tights, but if you will wear them as yoga leggings/pants then choose a thicker, sturdier knit fabric. -¾ inch thick elastic – enough to wrap around your waist -A pair of leggings that fits you to use as a template -Basic sewing supplies – sewing machine, thread, ball point needle, scissors, pins, tape measure, etc. ***** WHAT SUPPLIES DO I USE?
