A young fledgling lands on the nest and takes over! Bodie goes submissive, both Gabby and Beau try to oust the juvie from the nest to no avail. Gabby tried kicking it several times to push it out of the nest but it turned around and chased her off the nest. Beau also tried kicking it and he got chased off the nest too. Beau returned with a fish for Bodie but the juvie mantled and claimed the fish for itself. The juvie must have been hungry! It ate it on the nest. Whenever Gabby or Beau would try to come to the nest, the juvie mantled and defended its food. Finally after 1.5 hours, Beau had enough of this unwelcome visitor and he drops to the nest and evicts it. Beau stepped all over Bodie in the mad rush to oust the juvie. Once in the air, we could see in the distance Beau chasing the juvie and they go talons up in mid air. Beau successfully returns to LOP and the juvie is gone. Poor Bodie did not know what to make of the days events. Gabby & Beau stayed close to the nest at night while Bodie slept. Thank you for watching!
