We stopped by Off the Grid: McCoppin Hub, and had lunch at Eat Curbside. Recently, I was asked, "what's the best thing you've eaten from a food truck?" I thought it would be an easy question to answer. After all, we've tasted dishes at more than 100 California food trucks since last August, and have written reviews about nearly half of them. Thoughts immediately came to mind, ranging from plump, juicy, fresh shrimp tacos, to chicken with doughnuts, and mouth watering gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, East Coast style sandwiches, duck sliders, falafels, sushi, fry bread, pizza, ice cream, the most satisfying and delicious vegan dishes and the list goes on and on.
