Witch Costume with LIGHTS (and doing my own melting scene!) 😆

To celebrate the season and this costume I put together this video with my version of the melting scene. Thank you Mama and kids for helping me! Also thank you to someone on Instagram for giving me a push to try it. It's just silly Wizard of Oz fun and I really had a blast making it! I used simplicity sewing pattern 4136 as a base. I really stuck true to the pattern and just added layers of fabric on top! Self drafted the hat and hand sewed all the lights on. It was a lot of work but worth the trouble.
