The story of the Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains is an Aboriginal legend about three sisters—Meehni, Wimlah, and Gunnedoo—from the Katoomba tribe who fell in love with three brothers from a rival Nepean tribe. When their forbidden love led to a tribal war, a witchdoctor turned the sisters to stone to protect them. However, the witchdoctor was killed before he could reverse the spell, leaving the sisters as the rock formations they are today. Thank you for watching..
