Ingredients: Bengal gram lentil(Chane ki dal) soaked- a half cup, boneless chicken breast-2 pieces, 2 big sized onion, 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, A bunch of coriander leaves, 2 green chilies, 4 pieces of cardamoms, a flower of mace, a small piece of cinnamon, a piece of black cardamom, a tablespoon of cumin powder, red chili powder as per taste, salt as per taste, 10-12 peppercorns, a half tablespoon of garam masala powder, a half teaspoon of turmeric powder, a half teaspoon of cumin seeds, 3-4 tablespoons of oil or clarified butter, a tablespoon of dry fenugreek leaves (Kasoori Methi), butter to baste kebab.
