Remember, it takes time and consistent practice to improve your balance and stability. So be sure to do this session at least three times a week if your goal is better balance and standing strength. Be patient with yourself and you will get there. Feel free to use a chair if you feel you need to, or just have it nearby if you need that reassusrance. Do whatever feels right for you.
