[4K] The Polperro Express Train at Drayton Manor, join us aboard this gentle train ride as we take a break from the coasters and take in the parks attractions and beautiful lake. The Polperro Express is a 2 ft long (610 mm) narrow gauge train ride that goes around the park via The Adventure Cove River Rapids and Shockwave. The new Polperro Express locomotive (2003) is based on the Severn Lamb Texan model with a facelift to be a more English-style train rather than a classic Western American. The ride was previously known as Rio Grande Railway until the 2001 season There are no height restrictions to ride the Polperro Express however children under 1m must be accompanied by an adult.
