From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into an open kitchen that was clean, hygienic, and equipped with modern appliances. Watching the chefs skillfully prepare vadas and three types of dosa was a treat in itself. The ambiance was cozy, and the service impressively fast. The dosas were a sheer delight—crisp, golden, and absolutely delicious. They came with a vibrant assortment of chutneys that perfectly complemented their crunchy texture, showcasing the attention to detail in every serving.
