This video was created with the avid watercolorist in mind to address common problems that we encounter.In Todays episode I am addressing the challenge in working from an icon Santa Maria Della Salute. I am looking for some unique to add the the hundreds of Masterpieces done throughout history of this magnificent church. The problem of painting a subject that has been painted by great artists of the past - how to see something new in an oft repeated subject. It starts with observing - observing the subject and finding a passage or view that leads to a unique rendering of the subject.
