Welcome to Day 6 of the Couch to Pilates Princess Challenge! 👑 Today, we slow things down and focus on fascia, the connective tissue system that surrounds your muscles, joints, and organs and plays a huge role in how your body moves and feels. When fascia becomes stiff from stress, sitting, or repetitive movement, it can limit mobility, create tension, and make your body feel tight or heavy. In this session, we use gentle pressure, breath, and slow movement to help hydrate the tissue, improve mobility, and release built-up tension. Think of this as resetting the body so your muscles can work more efficiently. This type of release work is one of the reasons Pilates feels so good over time.
