Our delicious crispy phyllo triangles baklava are so special with our home made cream, those triangles filled with cream topped with crushed pistachios and drizzled with rose water syrup that it makes your mouth needs more treat after treat. SUBSCRIBE / @tahera-df9rt ________________________________________ Cream Baklava Ingredients: 1 Fillo Dough Roll 150g Unsalted Butter Crushed Pistachios Filling: 1 1/4 Cups Milk 1/4 Cup Semolina 1 Can Nestle Cream 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Powder Syrup: 2 Cups Sugar 1 Cup Water 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1/2 Tbsp Rose Water Pinch of Saffron Method: 1- Cream Filling: In a saucepan over medium heat combine milk + semolina + vanilla powder mix well until smooth keep stirring till the mixture comes to boil then add the Nestle Cream stir until it thickens, chill for about 4hrs 2- Syrup Preparation: In a saucepan over medium heat combine sugar + water + Saffron + lemon juice mix well, bring it to boil then add rose water stir for 1min then remove from heat 3- Baklava Preparation: Brush every 10 layers of fillo dough with melted butter Cut into small squares Fold the squares into triangle shape Bake at 350F for 25mins then broil for another 2mins When it’s done add some syrup on top Fill the dough with cream we made Dip into crushed pistachios Drizzle some syrup on top of the baklava
