Cheese Kofta Recipe | Cheesy Kofta in Creamy Gravy | Flavourful Food Festive Diwali Episode 9 Cheesy & melt in mouth koftas made in delicious creamy gravy Using #DelMonte Extra Light Olive Oil to fry the kebabs. #MadewithDelMonte #DelMonte / delmonteindia https://instagram.com/delmonte_in?igs... ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients : Cheese balls : Boiled & grated potato - 4 Garlic -2 cloves grated Frozen corn - 2 tbsp crushed Onion - 2 tbsp chopped Green capsicum - 2 tbsp chopped Red capsicum - 2 tbsp chopped Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Italian herbs - 1 tbsp Salt to taste Mozzarella cheese frozen - 3/4th cup Slurry - Maida - 1/2 cup Cornflour - 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tsp Water Bread Crumbs Creamy Gravy : Onion - 3 roughly chopped Tomatoes - 3 roughly chopped Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 10 cloves Cashews - 12 Red chilli dried - 3 Bay leaf - 2 Cardamom - 2 Oil - 2 tbsp Coriander powder - 2 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 2 tsp Salt to taste Kasoori methi - 2 tbsp Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp Fresh cream - 2 tsp Method : 1. Mix all the cheese ball ingredients and make balls.2. 2. Coat with bread crumbs. 3. Make slurry and dip the cheese balls in it, do second coating with bread crumbs and freeze the balls for 10 mins. 4. Fry using Del Monte Extra light olive oil till crisp & golden brown. 5. For gravy, boil & cook onion, tomatoes ,garlic, ginger, cashews, red chilli, bay leaf & cardamom for 10 mins. 6. Cool completely and grind to make a smooth paste. 7. In a pan, use Del Monte Extra light olive oil, and saute coriander powder, red chilli powder & turmeric powder. 8. Add the sieved paste, cover & cook for 10 mins. 9. Add salt to taste, garam masala, kasoori methi and cook for 2 mins. 10. Finally, add fresh cream and combine. 11. Serve Gravy hot with koftas and enjoy !
