Please Like, Share and Subscribe to the "A Good Plate" YouTube Channel! / @agoodplate Follow on Instagram - / agoodplateinsta Follow on Facebook - / a-good-plate-108484625279872insta Ingredients to Marinate: (Tsp - Teaspoon Tbsp - Tablespoon lb - Pounds gm - Grams) Boneless Chicken (Breast/Thigh/Tenderloins) - 1/2 lb Cut into bite size pieces Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/8th tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 /4 tsp Lime/Lemon Juice - 2 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp or to taste Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Corn Flour/Starch - 1 1/2 tbsp Rice Flour - 1 tbsp Ingredients for Spicy Chilli Chicken: Oil (fresh or chicken fried oil) - 2 to 3 tbsp Ginger - 1 tbsp finely chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp finely chopped Green Chili - 1 finely chopped Green Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup cut into cubes Red Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup cut into cubes Onion - 1/4 cup cut into cubes Light Soy Sauce - 2 tsp Chilli Garlic Sauce - 2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 /4 tsp Pickled Pepperoncini - 4 to 5 or as needed Other Ingredients:: Oil - To deep fry Green Chiles - 1 finely chopped Curry Leaves - 1 sprig finely chopped Cilantro/Kothimeer - Handful chopped Detailed Process: Marinate: Take chicken in a large bowl. Add the items listed in the “Ingredients to Marinate”. Combine everything well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. If short on time, deep fry or shallow fry right away. Deep Fry the Chicken: Take a wok/kadai, add enough oil for deep frying. Keep it on medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces few at a time. Do not to touch for couple of minutes. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and crispy. Will take about 4 to 5 minutes. Once the chicken if fully cooked and crispy, transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Set aside. Chilli Chicken: Take a wok/kadai. Keep it on medium flame. Add deep fried oil or fresh oil. Let it heat. Add garlic, ginger and Green Chili. Saute for 1 minute. Add Bell peppers and onion cubes. Saute for 1 minute. After a minute, add deep fried chicken, light soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, black pepper powder and pepperoncini. Combine everything well. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. After 2 to 3 minutes, add curry leaves, green chilli and cilantro. Give ti a mix and turn off the heat. Serve hot as a starter or as a side to white rice/fried rice/noodles. Enjoy!
