Nations were destroyed because they enjoyed Allah’s gifts but refused to thank Him. Individuals lose barakah for the same reason. When the heart forgets the Giver, the gift becomes a burden. You see this in daily life. A person with health complains. A person with wealth feels unsatisfied. A person with guidance looks for other paths. Allah said that whoever is grateful, He increases them. Whoever is ungrateful, punishment approaches. Ask yourself. Do you see your blessings or do you overlook them? Do you thank Allah in private? Gratitude protects you.
