Healthy Fusion⭕ / @healthyfoodfusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ / @foodfusionkids Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Doodh (Milk) warm ¾ Cup -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs -Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & ½ tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups -Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp -Baking soda ½ tsp -Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ Cup -Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 & ½ tbs -Water ¼ Cup or as required -Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs -Water ¼ Cup or as required -Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) whisked 1 -Til (Sesame seeds) -Makhan (Butter) Directions: -In a bowl,add milk,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it bloom for 10 minutes. -Add all-purpose flour,pink salt,baking soda,yogurt,clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles. -Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed. -Grease dough with clarified butter,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place). -Knead dough again until smooth. -Take 140g of dough & make a ball,dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (7 inches). -In a bowl,add pink salt,water,mix well & apply salty water on rolled dough. -Place rolled dough on griddle (salty water side) & make corners with back of knife & make square gashes. -Apply egg yolk,sprinkle sesame seeds,turn on the flame & cook on low flame until bubble appears then flip the griddle on preheated cooking pot in an upside down way & pot bake on medium flame for 6-7 minutes or until golden (check in between) (makes 5). -Apply butter & serve!
