Using pillows between your knees while lying down can help maintain proper leg positioning. ▪️Prevent Hip Flexion Beyond 90 Degrees: Understand the importance of maintaining a proper L-shape (90-degree angle) with your hip and avoiding a V-shape (excessive bending).
